“Habit” the definition…an action that we repeat so long that it becomes automatic. We don’t need to be motivated to do it anymore and we skip the usual decision-making process about whether we are going to do it or not.

How motivated are you to achieve your fitness goals and make a change? Tell me your rating, on a scale of 1 - 10. 1 being - you’d like to sit on the sofa and eat chocolate cake while binge watching Netflix. 10 being - you would climb a mountain barefoot while carrying a donkey on your back with a smile on your face.

One On One Training

Everyone is different! Your needs are different to your friends and your family. I will conduct posture, functional, balance and core assessments before we plan your personalised training program to make sure you’re doing a work out plan to help your needs.

  • One hour session in a convenient location

  • Assessments & personal program designed specifically for your needs & goals with safe progressions
